Coverage uses exclusively public, legal sources. We never show precise positions of active military units, apply regional aggregation and time delay, publish no personnel data, and label state claims as claims of that actor — distinguishing announced, observed, assessed and verified. An announced exercise is not treated as evidence of escalation.
